Veteran's Assistance Program Provide $10,000 funds to local Veteran's Adminstration program for costs associated with transporting veteran's to medical care as well as funding for $5,000 in prescription and medical service assistance. 25
Housing Resource Center Provide a centralized location for community wide access to housing information, counseling, and legal services. 100

Senior Violence Prevention Program Provide funding to establish a senior violence program in cooperation with the Winnebago County State's Attorney's Office. 50
Youth Intervention Program Partner with the State's Attorney's Office to provide funding and support to intervene with youth offenders as they enter the judicial system with the goal of addressing needs so that the youth do not continue their pattern of behavior. 25
Family and Community Development Provide FCD case management services to families at-risk for homelessness due to poverty, violence, or economic turmoil. Staff provides intense self-esteem building, linkages, and follow-up to increase long term success for area low-income residents. 10
